Nate FormalarieCareer Highlights:
Communications Manager at The Vermont Hard Cider Company - maker of Woodchuck Hard Cider. Working to build the Woodchuck brand nationwide while keeping it firmly rooted in the Vermont landscape. Prior to that was a News Producer at WCAX-TV producing daily newscasts as well as multiple Gubernatorial debates.

Community Involvement:
Plan and coordinate multiple Woodchuck social outreach initiatives including Habitat for Humanity, Pick for Your Neighbor, and Apples to iPods. Participant in multiple Penguin Plunge and Hope on the Slopes events. 

Favorite part of job? Helping to grow a small Vermont company into a national leader while at the same time working to ensure we never forget our roots.

Most inspiring mentor? John Hyde - New Media Professor at St. Michaels College.

Who is your living hero? My father. He was forced to reinvent himself in the economic downturn of 2008. He did with grace. Couldn't be more proud or inspired by his ability to roll with the punches life sometimes dishes out.

Favorite downtime activity? Skiing, grilling, vinyl records, and walking the grounds at Shelburne Farms.

Favorite Vermont Escape? A really early morning chairlift ride in the middle of winter.... Puts things in perspective everytime.

Favorite social network? Twitter. Though I monitor it more than I tweet.

Favorite website? For work: woodchuck.com In spare time: grantland.com

Vermont Business Person you would most want to network with? Bill Stenger... He seems to have it going on up there along the Canadian border.
