The Burlington office of KPMG likes to say that they have the best of both worlds, with a small-company culture with large-company resources. Our people are engaged, committed to their clients, their team members, and their community. Their culture exemplifies open and honest communication, teamwork, respect, enthusiasm and integrity. Supporting this strategy are several long-standing initiatives including professional trainings and development, a mentoring program, involvement in the community, corporate discounts and flexible work arrangements. Employees enjoy public acknowledgments of both personal and professional milestones, group outings such as skiing parties, summer celebrations, group volunteer projects, charitable fund raisers, busy season snacks, Friday jump-start during the summer and casual days. Above all, we work together as a team of professionals, appreciating and acknowledging each other’s skills, strengths and viewpoints, and respecting each other’s professional and personal goals and commitments.
