Favorite part of job? I am incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such inspiring students every day.  They know they can do something to make the world better, and they don't hesitate to do what they can.  These students recognize what a gift it is to serve another, and be served in return.  I love the reciprocity and authentic connection so inherent in engaging in one's community and it's such fun to work with students who feel this and are so passionate about wanting to share it with others.

Most inspiring mentor? It's difficult to name one as I've been blessed by a few wonderful mentors.  I am grateful to Jennie Cernosia, the former Director of Student Activities at Saint Michael’s, who gave me early leadership opportunities as a college student.  She was such a role model of ethical, servant leadership and had such faith in the abilities of students.  Jennie encouraged and challenged my growth as a person and leader.  My experiences with her inspired my career path.

Who is your living hero? My father – for his belief in the goodness and potential of people; for his character - his understanding that anything worthwhile requires work, energy, and sacrifice; and for his humility and his generosity of heart.

Favorite downtime activity? Spending time with my husband and 3 children.

Favorite Vermont Escape? Depends on the season.   We love camping in the State Parks in the summer, but Lake Champlain is always amazing – the swimming and the sunsets!

Favorite social network? Anyone who knows me knows how I feel about Facebook!

Favorite website? www.pandora.com

Vermont Business Person you would most want to network with? Sr. Lindora Cabral, RSM, President of the Sisters of Mercy - Northeast
