Most Inspiring Mentor: My parents. They had to overcome extreme hardship and obstacles to provide a better life for my brother and I.  With only a middle school education and  language barriers, they were able to raise successful kids.
 

Tell us something fun about yourself that few people know: I love to ride motorcycle and going to the firing range.

Favorite Vermont Escape: Fresh powder to board on the slopes of Smugglers Notch.

Favorite Downtime Activity: Spending time with my kids and reading lots of news articles from different perspectives. I am a news junkie...

Favorite Social Media: Facebook, as it helps you stay connected with friends and family near and far...

Person you would like to share a Vermont beverage with: Sundar Pichai, CEO at Google.  Sundar and I come from the same part of India, and he too had to overcome obstacles to lead one of the biggest and most powerful company in the world.

What is the best career advice you have received? "The customer is always right!"
Where do you see yourself professionally in ten years? Doing what I am doing now, however, growing my team to twice the size it is now and expanding our territories to cover the greater New England area.

Career Highlights: Started my company when I was only 21 years old, with no business background. Worked 36 hour days to build and grow the company to now employing over 300 staff in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Building a company this is socially responsible that plays a vital role is successfully serving our senior and disabled population. Being awarded Outstanding Young Alumni by Castleton University. Becoming a Board Certified Care Manager.

Alzheimer Association - Advocate for the Alzheimer's Association for Senator Leahy's office.
HERoes In Deed - Event Coordinator Volunteer.
Meals on Wheels - Deliver meals to residents in the Burlington Area.  
Locust Hill Association - Member of Board of Directors.
Navicate - Formerly Linking Learning to Life - Member of Board of Directors.
Vermont Association of Professional Care Providers (VAPCP) - Member of Board of Directors.
Kids4Peace -  Board Member, Volunteer Camp councilor and Volunteer Camp nurse.
Islamic Society of Vermont - Member of Board of Directors.
